HOW MANY SESSIONS DO I NEED TO TRAIN WEEKLY?
When you purchase your block of training sessions you can use them as frequently as you like subject to my availability.
IS THERE AN EXPIRY WHEN I BUY A BLOCK OF SESSIONS?
Yes, you have 2 months from date of purchase.
WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN ONLINE AND IN PERSON SESSIONS?
Both options will have me guiding you and motivating you through your journey.
Online sessions are delivered via an app, with your program sessions, instructions and video explanations of exercises all there for you.
In person training sessions take place in the gym, at your home, garden or outdoors and 60 minutes long. These sessions are only covered by a 25 mile radius of Dewsbury, please check your postcode.
CAN I ACHIEVE THE SAME RESULTS ONLINE AS IN PERSON SESSIONS?
Yes of course, you still receive the same discussed training programs as you get out of the sessions what you put in. With no travel, weather or co-vid restrictions you are free to train wherever, whenever you like.
IS MY PROGRAM TAILORED TO ME?
Yes absolutely, I would never use a one size fit all approach. When you start with me based on your PAR Q & Health Questionnaire and our discussion this will determine how I plan out your training program.
HOW WILL MY PROGRESS BE MONITORED?
In person training sessions, I see you in our sessions so we can discuss how things are going with your training. At the start of your program and end of your program we perform the health MOT to check results and fitness test.
Online Training there are weekly check-ins to provide feedback and discuss how you have trained through that week. We will also have scheduled reminders for takiung measurements etc...
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER EXERCISED BEFORE?
Your not alone, most of my clients have never trained before or returning to exercise after a long break. This is one of the reasons I started training clients, you will be guided through safe, correct exercise technique and programs developed to meet your current exercise status.
WHAT QUALIFICATIONS DO YOU HOLD?
Myself and any other trainers are minimum Level 3 qualified with many industry qualifications and specialisations, with years of experience training clients and and fully insured. See About Page.....
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY, IF I NEED TO CHANGE OR CANCEL A SESSION? (IN PERSON TRAINING)
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy, so just contact me outside of 24 hours and your session can be moved or cancelled. This ensures I can book that time with another client if they need to with ample time.
